General Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the buyer and the operator of the website when purchasing electronic products (PDF e-books).

2. Subject of Sale

The Seller offers digital products on its website – PDF e-books – delivered exclusively in electronic form.

3. Order and Contract Conclusion

By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they agree with these Terms and Conditions.

The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the payment is made.

After payment, the Buyer will receive an email with a link to download the PDF e-book.

4. Price and Payment

The product price is stated on the website.

Payment is made online via available payment methods (e.g. card, bank transfer, payment gateway).

The product is made available only after successful receipt of payment.

5. Delivery of Digital Content

The e-book is delivered electronically in the form of a PDF file.

The download link is sent immediately after payment.

The Buyer is responsible for the safe storage of the file.

6. Copyright

The Buyer receives a license for personal use of the e-book.

It is prohibited to further distribute, sell, modify, or provide the e-book to third parties.

All content is protected by copyright law.

7. Complaints and Withdrawal from the Contract

For digital products, withdrawal from the contract is not possible after the file has been delivered (in accordance with Section 7(6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).

In the event of technical issues with delivery or a corrupted file, the Buyer may request that the file be resent.

Complaints can be handled via email at the Seller’s email address.

8. Personal Data Protection

The Seller processes personal data exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

Personal data are not provided to third parties, except for payment gateways that are necessary for processing the payment.

The Buyer has the right to request deletion or correction of their personal data.

9. Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.

The current version is always published on the website.
